Keeler PLC founder, Steve Keeler, has been a business transaction partner in several large and small law firms spanning a 35-year career doing deals. Most recently, he was a partner in one of the largest law firms in the United States. Steve has represented sellers, buyers, companies and investors in a variety of transaction types and in most industries. His legal experience is supplemented with a background in business, accounting and tax planning.
