Our Founder.
Steve Keeler has been a business transactions partner in several large and small law firms spanning a 35 year career doing deals. He has been a founder or early partner in several small and larger law firms, and most recently was a partner in one of the largest law firms in the United States.
Steve brings significant experience to business deals, having represented sellers, buyers, companies and investors in a variety of transaction types and in most industries (including manufacturing, distribution, professional service and technology, IT, data analytics and SAAS product and solutions providers to general business and consumer, healthcare and life science, education and publishing, food and agriculture, cleantech and renewable energy, transportation and logistics and other markets).
Steve’s legal experience is supplemented with a background in business, accounting and tax planning. Early in his career, he passed the CPA exam and received a Masters in Taxation law degree (with distinction) from Georgetown Law Center.

This ensures continuity of valuable company knowledge and relationships and the provision of only the services and expertise you need for a critical company transaction. We also offer referrals of trusted and known advisers in all areas that a transaction may require.
