• We can talk with company founders, management and boards about their objectives, goals and concerns, as well as the deal process, players, market terms, and the company’s existing advisers, confidentially and without charge.
• If we are a good fit, we can propose an engagement scope and fees tailored around the company’s existing team and find specialists in areas where needed.
• We are especially effective working as co-counsel with a company’s regular counsel, in-house counsel and accounting, tax and financial advisers and believe this approach is often more cost effective and value-add than either going with less experienced legal counsel or hiring a whole new law firm.
