Keeler PLC Founder Earns Certifications in M&A and Exit Planning, Enhancing Private Company Services

In furtherance of our commitment to serve private company owners, investors, CEOs and their C-Suites in business growth, financing and exit planning, Keeler PLC is pleased to announce that its founder, Steve Keeler, has recently received both the Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) credential from the Alliance of M&A Advisors and the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credential from the Exit Planning Institute. Both credentials require an intensive course of study and examination and provide members with access to a national network of M&A and exit planning professionals, including CPAs, business brokers and investment bankers, financial, insurance and wealth planners, and other business advisors.

Steve is also a licensed business, private equity and M&A attorney with an undergraduate business and accounting degree, a law degree, and a masters of law (LLM) in taxation. Steve also passed the CPA examination (although he does not practice accounting and is not licensed as a CPA)
